Returns Policy

If you need to return anything you have bought from the site, please email me at kate@clumsykate.com so I can help you as soon as I can. I will try to reply within 24 hours wherever possible, but I am not always available at the weekends.

 

If you receive your item through the post and it's damaged, then let us know. In most cases we can arrange for you to return the original one and have a new item sent out. Email me at the address above and we can resolve the problem.

 

Please e-mail kate@clumsykate.com within 14 days if you would like to exchange any items. Items returned after the 14 day period and ANY items returned without notice via email will not be accepted.

 

Once a return is agreed to, items must be posted back within 3 days, unless otherwise agreed. We advise you send items via a trackable postage service, items going missing in transit are not our responsibility. Your refund may take up to 5 working days to process.

 

If items are swapped or returned, the postage costs of returning the item will come down to you, unless agreed otherwise via email. We will not charge you for any replacement items being shipped out by us. So you only have to pay for the cost of sending the item back to us.

 

If the item is faulty, postage costs may be covered by us, depending on the circumstances. In this case we will need you to email photographic evidence of the fault before sending the item back to us.

 

International and EU postage - items are sent standard first class airmail. Proof of postage is always obtained. International Signed For can be used for an additional charge. Please contact us with your order to request this service. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for International items. We are at the whim of both Royal Mail, customs in the UK, and the customs and postal service in your country. We will not offer refunds/returns on items that have not arrived in time because of the postal service or customs.

 

Custom orders that are fulfilled within 6 weeks and are not faulty cannot be refunded unless agreed with me via the email address on the contact page. Anything that has been personalized with a name cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless the name differs from that which you have specified in your order.
